Archaeologists near Chleby in the Czech Republic have uncovered a 6,500-year-old circular enclosure that appears to have served as both a ritual center and an astronomical observatory, making it about 1,000 years older than Stonehenge. Its twelve entrances were positioned to frame key sunrise and moonrise positions across the year.
