SpaceX has set a fixed price of $135 per share for its landmark Nasdaq IPO, with pricing scheduled after market close on June 11 and first trading on June 12 under the ticker SPCX. The company plans to sell 555.6 million shares, raising approximately $75 billion at a $1.77 trillion valuation - more than triple the size of Alibaba's 2014 raise and the largest IPO in financial history. Private secondary markets had been trading SpaceX shares between $129 and $137 in early June, signalling strong institutional and retail demand ahead of the historic listing.
