SpeakBase for Organizations
Spoken English for your whole organization, with a personal AI tutor for everyone
A corporate English course usually reaches a fraction of your people, once a week. SpeakBase gives everyone a personal AI tutor that talks with them out loud, corrects in real time and adapts to their level, every day, on any device. Management gets the full picture: who practices, how much, and at what level.

How it works
Scoping call
We define goals, levels and user counts together and build a tailored track.
Setup and onboarding
We open your groups, users join with a code, and we train your team. Browser and mobile, nothing to install.
Practice and track
Everyone talks with Kate at their own pace while you receive ongoing progress reports.
A look inside
Real screenshots from the system, as teachers, training managers and learners see it
Learners talk with Kate, a live voice conversation
Pick a guided mission or free conversation and start talking. Kate listens, answers in a natural voice, corrects gently and adapts to the learner's level. A short level check grades every learner on the CEFR scale, and new words from conversations are saved automatically for review.

The teacher room: groups, sets and tracking in one place
The dashboard brings together groups, vocabulary sets and learners, with quick actions to create a set, a group or an assignment. The same screen serves a school teacher and a corporate training manager.

Onboard a whole group with a single code
Every group has a join code and an invite link. Learners sign in with Google, enter the code, and immediately see their sets and assignments. Nothing to install, no password management.

Every set is learned in many ways, with SmartMemory
Flashcards, guided learning, tests, voice dictation and games. Behind the scenes, a spaced repetition engine tracks every answer and brings back exactly what each learner is about to forget. Teachers see which terms the group struggles with.

Competitions, challenges and rewards for speaking time
We think the number that matters most in spoken English is also the simplest one: how many minutes a person actually spoke. SpeakBase turns those minutes into a team game: head-to-head challenges between colleagues, live rooms for a whole team, and an organization board that shows who is speaking, how much, and which way the trend is going.
Head-to-head challenge
An employee builds a 10-question challenge from a vocabulary set and sends a link to a colleague. Both sides get exactly the same questions in the same order, and the result is decided by correct answers first, speed second. Perfect for a quiet rivalry between two people in the same role.
Live room for the team
A manager opens a room for up to 30 seats, shares one link, and everyone plays together in real time on a shared screen. It works as an opener for a team meeting, a training day, or a department versus department round.
Daily practice, XP and streaks
Ten questions against the clock at each employee's own level, every day. Experience points, 20 levels and achievement badges accumulate over time, and the talk streak holds for every day the employee spoke with Kate for at least a minute.

Department versus department
How companies actually run it
Three small decisions that turn licenses into a daily habit
Set a weekly target
Twenty speaking minutes a week per employee feels fair and is still enough to move the needle. A target in minutes beats a target in lessons, because nobody can fake it.
Rank monthly, and give two prizes
One prize for the top three by minutes, and a second prize for the biggest improvement. The second one is what keeps beginners in the game, because otherwise the same three people win every month. Post the board to your internal channel when you announce it.
Department versus department at the monthly meeting
A ten minute live room to open the company meeting. It is the cheapest way to remind everyone the platform exists, and it gives the quieter employees a reason to open it that week.

What the person running the programme gets
The rest of this page makes the learner's case. These rows are what the person accountable for the programme sees, and what they can put in front of their own management at the end of the quarter.
- A path per learner
- Everyone starts with a spoken CEFR placement, then practises at their own level and for their own role. Not one course issued to everybody.
- Feedback while speaking
- Kate corrects pronunciation, fluency and phrasing inside the conversation, not in next week's lesson. The correction lands while it still means something.
- One dashboard
- Who is practising, for how long, on what, and at what level. Filter by class, department or the whole organization on a single screen.
- Reporting with no manual work
- A recurring progress report that sends itself: participation, trends, and who needs a nudge. No spreadsheets to assemble.
- Central licences, one invoice
- Add and remove people without raising a ticket, set speaking quotas to fit the programme, and receive one tax invoice for the organization.
- Nothing to install
- A class code or invite link, sign in with Google, and it runs in the browser and on mobile. No deployment, no passwords to administer.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing is built around your organization's size and license count. Leave your details and we will come back with a full proposal and a proper tax invoice.
Do we need to install anything?
No. SpeakBase runs in the browser and on mobile, and users join with a Google account and a group code.
How do we track progress?
Managers and teachers see practice minutes, homework completion, CEFR levels and trouble spots, per group and per user.
Do you also offer human teachers?
That is our home turf: SafotSheli teaches English and other languages with native-speaker teachers, online and in person. Many organizations combine lessons with daily SpeakBase practice.
