Jio Platforms, the telecom and digital arm of Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries, opens subscription on October 21 for an issue of up to 30,213 crore rupees, which would make it the largest initial public offering in Indian history. The whole issue is new stock rather than a sale by existing backers such as Meta and Google. At the top of the 1,065 to 1,119 rupee price band the company would be valued at about 10.3 trillion rupees.
